You can check cleared and un-cleared yarn, providing classification of thick and thin places, as well as checking infrequently occurring yarn defects and foreign fibers in the yarn. You can determine the optimal limits for yarn clearing, analyze new material and competitors products – and improve the quality and value of your yarns.

• Detecting and analyzing seldom-occurring yarn faults, and classifying yarn faults.

Classification: Classifies faults into 3 major categories and 33 grades,23 grades are usual, including short thick places 16 grades(area A,B,C,D) , long thick places 3 grades(area E,G,F) and long thin places 4 grades(area H,I). Additional 10 grades, including 4 grades are short thick places(A0~D0) and 6 grades are short thin places(HB0~HD1) . It can optimize the production process better.
