Applications:

Zipper Slider Bursting Strength Tester. This unit can perform a test to determine the bursting strength of Zipper slider at specified deformation value, such as 0.5mm. It dilates the mouth of slider of a zipper by moving upper jaw of grip on this unit to specified deformation value, then measure and record the force value. It is useful for metallic, plastic, nylon zipper.

Features:

l         Able to preset deformation value, and the instrument auto-stop once reach the presetting value ;

2         Use MCU control unit to track force value and displacement value and easy to catch peak value during a test;

3         use high precision load cell and displacement sensor to ensure accurate test result;

4         Four-sized jaw to meet various slider width. Jaw width: 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm.

5         Through Printer port, can print out test result after a test with support of stylus printer. Through PC port, can read testing result from this tester with support of PC and accessorial software.
