Straight Tube-free Dispensing System is a new integrated system for the preparation of the dyes solutions, dosing of recipes, formula management and possible integration with Color Matching System. The system performs gravimetric dosing with straight solution bottle.

the 0.001g balance to make sure the accuracy.

l         If the room-temp is 26℃ and both inside and outside of

solution bottle is wet, the evaporation rate would reach

0.01g/20s, which will influence the solution accuracy.

Dual balance will overcome the shortcoming.
